Terms of Service
At Wild Atlantic Acupuncture, I want every client to feel safe, respected, and well cared for. These Terms are here to let you know how I work, so that your treatment experience is smooth and supportive.
Appointments
Sessions are by appointment only.
If you need to change or cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps me offer your time to someone else who may be waiting.
If you arrive late, I'll do my best to give you a full session, but sometimes it may need to be shorter.
Payment
Payment is kindly requested on the day of your appointment.
I currently accept cash or online transfer.
Fees may change occasionally, but you’ll always be told in advance.
Your Health and Safety
Please share any health conditions, medications, or recent treatments so I can give you the safest and most effective care.
Acupuncture is generally very safe. Sometimes people may experience small side effects such as light bruising or temporary tiredness - these usually pass quickly.
Your well-being is always my priority, and you are welcome to pause or stop treatment at any time.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Everything you share with me stays confidential.
Client notes are stored securely and in line with data protection laws (GDPR).
I will never share your information without your permission, unless legally required.
My Commitment
Your practitioner is fully qualified, insured, and dedicated to ongoing professional training.
If at any point I feel another type of care would be more helpful, I will always be honest and may suggest a referral.
Your Part
Please let me know about any changes to your health, even if they seem small.
While many people benefit greatly from acupuncture, everyone responds differently. I can’t promise specific results, but I will always give you my best care and attention.
Concerns or Feedback
I truly value your experience. If you ever have a question, concern, or suggestion, please get in touch via the website contact form or directly on 089 4292299.
